NIS2 Quality Mark (NIS2 QM) participated in the 2025 European Cybersecurity Certification Conference in Warsaw on March 12, 2025, organized by ENISA under the Polish presidency. The conference focused on key updates to regulations and certification frameworks, including the EUCC scheme and the NIS2 Directive.
Dr. Peter Noordhoek attended on behalf of NIS2 Quality Mark. He engaged in discussions with representatives and policymakers from across the EU.
The meeting was centered around the EUCC, the certification scheme for the CRA. This marks an important step toward providing the CRA with clear frameworks and support for implementation.
NIS2 QM’s presence at the conference highlights its commitment to supporting companies with practical, scalable solutions. By participating in high-level discussions, NIS2 QM aims to align certification standards with the needs of businesses without overburdening suppliers with excessive requirements.
NIS2 QM has growing support from reputable audit firms, managed service providers, over 70 industry associations, and cybersecurity organisations. The NIS2 QM certification has already been integrated into GRC software from major providers, including KPMG and BitSight.
The insights gained from the summit will further strengthen NIS2 QM’s position as a trusted framework for achieving consistent and effective cybersecurity practices across Europe.
